Tillkommer det en fraktkostnad?

Vid alla köp tillkommer frakt enligt postenstabell. Rekomenderat brev/paket, kan även skickas som vanlig post om kunden så önskar. NeNe. ansvarar dock inte då för bortkomna eller skadade brev/paket.

 

 

Vad är min hatt storlek?

 Mät huvudet med ett måttband över pannan och den tjockaste delen av bakhuvudet.

 

Kan jag göra en special beställning?

Hur förvarar jag min hatt på bästa sätt

Linda gärna in hatten i silkespapper och förvara den mörk och svalt i en låda.

 

Hjälp, min hatt är för liten!

En hatt töjer du lätt ut genom att funkta ripsbandet inne i hatten och ta hatten på dig tills den torkat.

 

Hjälp ,min hatt är förstor!

Ni kan förminska hatten genom att sy små veck i ripsbandet.

 

Kan man hyra tex en fest hatt hos NeNe.

Om hatten finns ska det gå att ordna.

What's my hat size?
 
 Measure the head with a tape measure over the forehead and the thickest part of the head.
 
 
Do you accept special orders? 
Yes, I will help you design the hat you dream about.
 
 
 How do I store my hat in the best way? 
 
Wrap the hat in tissue paper and keep it dark and cool place in a box. 
 
My hat is too small!
 
A hat can easily stretch out, Wet the ribbon inside the hat, and wear the  hat  until it dried. 
 
My hat's too big!
 
You can reduce the cap by sewing small folds in ribbon.
 
Can I rent a  hat?
 
Yes, If is possible to arrange.
